Velocity is Team Scaleup's acceleration program for Seed-stage companies on the road to Series A. A dedicated senior advisor and a team of specialists work alongside you on the gaps investors flag. Companies admitted to Velocity are pre-approved for our upcoming fund with Dahlgren Capital, where part of the investment can be used to cover the program.
Every applicant gets a free light assessment: a preliminary report on how investment-ready your pitch deck is, whatever the outcome.
Six to nine months from promise to proof
Velocity replaces assumptions with market evidence. You work in structured sprints with a dedicated senior advisor, an operator who has built and scaled companies, backed by specialists in legal, finance, tech, brand and more, brought in exactly where your gaps are.
The program starts with a deep assessment through the investor's lens, so you know precisely where you stand. Then we work on what needs fixing: verified KPIs, clean governance, unit economics built to survive due diligence, and an equity story built on evidence. When the proof is in place, we introduce you to relevant investors from our network.
Investment built into the program
Together with Dahlgren Capital we are launching a fund built to invest in the companies admitted to Velocity. Admission means we intend to invest, with part of the investment used to cover the program. That means more runway and a full expert team, with no cash leaving your company for the program.
Companies admitted this fall form the founding cohort: first in line when the fund makes its planned first investments.

The program fee is 350 000 SEK. For companies backed by the fund, part of the investment can be used to cover the fee, so no cash leaves your company.

Admission means you are selected for both the program and pre-approved for investment from the fund, once it is launched.

No one can promise that, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. What we deliver is the work that improves your odds: evidence, structure and introductions to relevant investors. The decision is always the investor's.
